Channel Assistant Manager

LOCATION: Makati City

Job Description:
  • Lead the Channel Partner team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners, as well as manage and nurture existing partnerships.  
  • Develop and execute channel partner strategies to increase sales and market reach.
  • Establish and maintain a productive and collaborative relationship with channel partners, including regular meetings, training sessions, and joint business planning. 
  • Provide product knowledge and support to channel partners to ensure effective selling and positioning of products or services. 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats in the market. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to drive channel partner success and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor channel partner performance, analyze sales data, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and pricing agreements with channel partners.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and forecasts management and channel partners.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.   
Job Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in channel sales or channel management, preferably in the payments industry, with at least 5 years related experience. 
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth through channel partners.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs in the industry. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, and priorize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
