Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist to identify and recruit new channel partners, as well as manage and nurture existing partnerships by providing ongoing support and ensure effective collaboration between the company and its channel network.
  • Establish and maintain a productive and collaborative relationship with channel partners, including regular meetings, training sessions, and joint business planning.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to channel partners to ensure effective selling and positioning of products and services.
  • Gather feedback from partners and communicate it to internal team.
  • Assist in data gathering and coordination with various units for activities of the department such as the preparation of reports, presentation materials, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and finance to drive channel partner success and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor channel partner performance, analyze sales data, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of activities and forecasts to management and channel partners.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Offer GHL products and services to referred merchants of channel partners and facilitate merchant affiliation.
  • Perform basic administrative functions as may be assigned by the Channel Manager of Department Head.
 
Job Qualifications:
  • At least 1yr experience in similar role or account management
  • Proficient in MS Office particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business course, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Must amenable to work in Makati City.
